July 11, 2026 Yaquina Head Outstanding Natural Area

Kai Frueh led 31 birders along the trail to the Yaquina Head Lighthouse. The morning started out with a rather heavy mist, but as we proceeded, the lighthouse finally became visible. We were able to see a variety of species and many nesting birds.
