Oregon Coast National Widllife Refuge Complex
Over 1.2 million seabirds representing more than 10 species nest on offshore rocks protected as part of Oregon Islands National Wildlife Refuge, including Haystack Rock.
Some, like the iconic Tufted Puffin, have declined significantly in Oregon. Learn why and what the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, its partners, and volunteers are doing to halt this decline.
